Distribution of the Trubač Monthly
Trubač is distributed free of charge into mailboxes of households and companies in the following towns and communities: Štramberk, Fryčovice, Hukvaldy, Kozlovice, Lhotka, Závišice, Rybí, Kateřinice, Skotnice, Trnávka, Veřovice, Ženklava, Sedlnice, Libhošť, Bordovice, Lichnov, Tichá, Mošnov, Myslík, Palkovice.
Trubač is available for public collection at more then 35 newspaper racks placed at frequent points in Nový Jičín, Kopřivnice and Příbor.
Do you live in an area where we guarantee free distribution and yet you do not receive Trubač in your mailbox?
Please inform us about this deficiency and we will redress it. Nevertheless, before you do so please read some of the possible reasons WHY you did not find Trubač in your mailbox this time:
The reader has arranged the so-called P.O. Box at the Czech Post –
since the Post is not a distributor of Trubač, Mediaservis s.r.o., h.t. the
distributor of Trubač, does not have permission to use these specific
mailboxes.
We recommend collecting Trubač at the nearest contact point.
Reader has his/her mailbox marked “No advertising please” (or similarly). Since Trubač is mainly an advertising periodical the paperboy respects this request and does not put Trubač into your mailbox. We recommend using a sticker available upon request (saying: “No advertising please. EXCEPT FOR TRUBAČ“)!, or you can mark your mailbox with this text yourself.
Your mailbox is difficult to see, or there is no mailbox (often in
the case of company premises). Although the paperboy delivers Trubač (e.g. to
one of the employees) the periodical may not reach the requester.
First, find out whether Trubač is collected by one of your
colleagues…
The reader lives in a multi-family house with only one mailbox. It
sometimes happens that our potential reader complains that he/she has not
received Trubač “for several months”. However, the grandma has been
regularly sending in solved crosswords…
