Pension Letohrádek (Boarding House) in Frýdlant nad Ostravicí was reconstructed and opened in 1997 in the style of the famous architect Dušan Jurkovič. It is situated in a wonderful surroundings of the Ondřejník Massif of the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy Mountains.
The romantic building rich in colourful carved architectural features has always gone together with the nearby avenue of full-grown poplars and lindens. As early as at the turn of the 19th and 20th century Letohrádek became a popular recreational resort for holiday makers who were heading for the top of Ondřejník or Lysá Mountain.
At present the premises of Letohrádek offer pleasant atmosphere ideal for relaxation as well as refreshment all year round. The interior of the pension and the restaurant is decorated in a cottage and hunting style, incl. cosy accommodation with en-suite facilities, telephone, TV with satellite and Internet. Here, you can relish local as well as international cuisine or venison specialties. Our extensive menu is perfectly complemented with wide offer of noble Moravian wines of the portfolio of the Gothic Wine Cellar of Štramberk and draught yeast beers Valašský vojvoda produced in the Wallachian Brewery in Kozlovice and Beer from Letohrádek.
The landscaped forest park which forms a part of the complex provides an opportunity to play Russian ninepins, mini-golf, table tennis, or to spend some time at the garden fireplace and pond.
Letohrádek is a convenient place for family or company celebrations, buffet parties and workshops. The restaurant which features a non-smoking section, terrace and a garden house can seat forty guests.
